The basic steps of elevator installation are: cleaning the shaft, confirming whether there are installation conditions on site, providing temporary warehouses, unpacking and inspecting items, erecting frames, making templates, installing baselines, installing guide rails, installing the car on the top floor of the machinery room equipment, Shaft mechanical equipment, tie wire ropes, install electrical installations, configure shaft cables and follow-up cables, and adjust the whole machine for inspection.

After the suspension drive is in place, restore the performance of the motor braking device and install the guardrail on the car.
3. Written application. If the owners of the community, building, or unit have agreed to install the elevator, the entrusted implementation entity shall submit a written application to the real estate administrative department. The real estate administrative department conducts an on-site survey and puts forward a written opinion on whether to agree to the addition of elevators. If the written opinion clearly agrees with the appendix, the implementing entity can carry out the work according to the law. Special project design. The implementing entity entrusts the original architectural design company or a design company with corresponding qualifications to design the elevator. After the design is completed, a design plan is issued, and the construction drawing review and filing work are carried out according to regulations.
4. When the car carries people and goods, the load should be evenly distributed, and overloading is strictly prohibited. When the elevator runs to the upper and lower floors, please use the vertical button, and it is strictly forbidden to use the stroke limit switch to automatically collide to stop. The whistle must be sounded before the construction elevator, and there must be sufficient lighting at night*. In a double-car elevator, when one car is being maintained and inspected outside the car, the other car must not run. During the operation of the elevator, the driver shall not do any actions that hinder the operation of the elevator. (Cannot leave the work post. Observe the sound, temperature, smell, and foreign obstacles of each part of the elevator at any time. If you find any abnormality, you should stop checking and deal with it immediately. If the fault is not eliminated, it is forbidden to run. After the engineering elevator is out of service, must comply with the following provisions.
